Service Administrator

Job Summary:
The Service Admin/Dispatcher will coordinate field activities and staff by delivering assignments via the organization’s communications network. Overseeing all aspects of the work orders and working closely with the Service Leader to support daily service functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviews work in progress daily and prepares work orders for billing.
- Open and process work orders from incoming customer service calls and calls from resident technicians using our scheduling software.
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Assists with invoicing, quotes, and other billing procedures.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a need to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
- Schedules, dispatches, and deploys staff based on communications/PMs received.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Enhanced ability to multi-task while prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and sound problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Driven to meet and exceed monthly budgets.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of related dispatching/Admin experience preferred.
