We are seeking a motivated part-time (20-25 hours/week with potential to add more hours) Ecommerce Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing sales orders, coordinating with shipping and warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate communication with customers. You will play a critical role in sample management, website maintenance, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Ability to execute sales order through our ordering system
- Following up with shipping and warehouse teams for timely delivery
- Develop, maintain and update tools and reports, support the needs of the business
- Communicate through phone or email with customers, ensure timely and accurate exchange of information
- Sample Management- working with our design team and customers to ensure timely sending of all samples
- Follow up with customers on orders after orders placed
- Website management on push product live and updating inventory on the website
- Experience in data entry in applications and excel
- Learn technical applications quickly
- Customer service experience either through phone, email or face to face
- Experience on Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word / Adobe Photoshop experience preferred but not required
- Possess good organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skill
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years work experience in Wholesale fashion business
- 1-2 years of experience in the specific field, including Shopify/Squarespace, Zendesk/Salesforce, Mailchimp/Klaviyo
