The Survey Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation of designated Grace Hill survey products in accordance with the customer contract and package selected. The Implementation Manager will work collaboratively with client contacts and internal teams to ensure high quality and on-time execution of survey launches.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end client implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet client objectives and internal deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client transitions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Gather and document client requirements, including functional specifications, customizations, and integrations.
  • Conduct client training sessions on the software platform, focusing on best practices and user adoption.
  • Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including executives and client leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and implementation best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience in conducting software training and driving user adoption
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Familiarity with API integrations and basic understanding of technical concepts
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (1-4 trips annually)
  • Experience in the real estate or survey software industry is a plus
