Job Summary
- Be a helpful, engaging and uplifting presence on the pool deck whenever swimmers are present.
- Keep the pool deck looking clean and organized at all times.
- Notifying maintenance and housekeeping of pool area needs.
Hours and Pay
- Flexible hours for a pool that is open Monday - Thursday 8am-3pm and Saturdays 9am-4:30pm.
- Starting late August or early September.
- $17 Hourly
Minimum qualifications
- A keen appreciation for closely following safety protocols.
- An interest in getting to know our vibrant, eclectic and active residents.
- Knowledgeable and sensitive to needs of the aging population.
- Responsible and thoughtful, attention to job duties and detail.
- Comfortable interacting and communicating with residents and staff.
- A willingness to maintain a clean pool and pool deck at all times.
Desired qualifications
- Direct program experience with older adults
