- As a Production Supervisor you will lead and work alongside a team of production/packaging line operators in the coordination, management, and execution of various production and packaging jobs. You will foster a high performing team environment and ensure productivity goals and objectives are met while focusing on safety and delivering quality products.
- Supervision of production/packaging line operators during the bottling and packaging process.
- Ability to operate production/packaging lines, trouble shoot, and problem solve the lines.
- Ensure daily production targets are met and report to Operations Leadership any delays or issues.
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the product produced on the lines.
- Provides feedback and guidance on process improvement to increase productivity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as well as regional and national health authority regulation.
- Drive improved changeover execution to reduce downtime and improve first case performance.
- Verify overall safety compliance (guarding, floor conditions, etc.).
- Bachelor’s or associate Degree (preferred) or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of previous leadership experience in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong customer focused mindset.
- Ability to foster a culture of teamwork.
