About BeeKind: BeeKind ABA Therapy is an in-home ABA provider. Our mission is to provide high quality, ethical and kind services to families throughout Georgia. BeeKind ABA Therapy is BCBA owned and operated and has been open for two years. BeeKind focuses on providing a stable work environment, positive mental health in the workplace and clients that will graduate from our services. Our client's are between 2-16, have minimal maladaptive behaviors and are a joy to work with.
A Day in the Life of BeeKind Registered Behavior Technician: BeeKind RBT's work Monday through Friday between 8 am - 7 pm (hours of operation). BeeKind RBT's are given a field tablet and enter the field with BeeKind training to be confident in their role. BeeKind RBT's begin sessions with their BeeKind Client Reinforcer bag tailored to your client's interests. RBT's have flexible and stable hours with paid cancellation holidays, paid mental health days, paid end of year vacation and more. BeeKind RBT's work with their clients in the morning and afternoon and receive paid drive time between clients in addition to their hourly rate. RBT's collect data in each session, collaborate with their BCBA to improve client outcomes and work with their clients one-on-one with comprehensive breaks during session. RBT's have a built in system to write session notes and open communication throughout the day to be supported by BeeKind BCBA's. Our clients are approached as individuals with preferences, not a disability, and they are respected.
What We Are Looking For: BeeKind ABA Therapy is looking for experienced and inexperienced RBT's/BT who are passionate about clients learning new life skills, growing and graduating from ABA services. We are looking for individuals who enjoy collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes. We are looking for individuals who enjoy adventure and seeing their clients across different settings. Individuals who have Associates, Bachelors and advanced degrees are encouraged to apply.
Positions: Full-time positions consist of two clients M-F, one client in the morning and another in the afternoon. BeeKind Full-Time positions are between 32-40 hours. Part-Time Positions are 30 hours and under. Our positions come with benefits, PTO, 401k options with employer matching, paid drive time, paid mental health days and more.
