Only highly ethical candidates with an ability to problem solve and lead a team will be considered. The candidate will need to have demonstrated substantial prior experience and strong leadership skills. Knowledge with plans, change orders, scope creation, AIA contracting, insurance loss, budgeting and coordination of all team activities will be expected to ensure that goals or objectives of the department and projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
