Main Duties or Job Description:
- Administers and executes all HR functions, serving as advisor to management and maintaining company culture and compliance.
- Handles employee relations, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and training, while ensuring policy adherence.
- Manages employee communications and promotes safety.
- Assists in payroll, implements HR strategies, bridges management-employee relations, and monitors HR systems.
- Nurtures a positive work environment, assesses training needs, reports HR metrics, and ensures legal compliance.
- Leads safety initiatives, conducts safety meetings, performs risk assessments, and prepares accident reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of directly applicable experience as an HR professional who was involved in all aspects of HR.
- Experience with writing policies and procedures for safety
- Working knowledge of safety management information system
- Bilingual
- OSHA knowledge
