A2Z Staffing is actively seeking an Experienced, Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English & Spanish) to join our TEAM A2Z Staffing, LLC is a proven leader in the staffing industry providing individuals with temp-to-hire jobs predominantly in the light-industrial space. In this critical position, the Bilingual Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the team to provide excellent, timely service to our clients and field employees alike. In short, the coordinator will find the right person, and assign them to the right job and do so effectively and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Heavy recruitment.
  • Fully vetting applicants to ensure successful placements
  • Greet and assist walk-in candidates.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure orders are completed daily.
  • Focus on providing quality staff through thorough screening, orienting, and training processes before placing on job assignments.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with point people at client companies through effective communication.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is accurate and complete before assigning temporary staff.
  • Occasional on-site check-in of new employees.
  • Rotating responsibilities for after-hours, or on-call phone.
  • Making "go calls" and "show calls" to ensure your candidates go to, and arrive at their new assignments.
  • Work closely with internal staff, maintaining high levels of communication and accountability.
Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Must communicate effectively via email, phone, or interpersonally.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must possess a sense of urgency.
  • Flexible schedule, may work weekends and longer hours to ensure client orders are filled.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • 3-years proven recruiting experience.
  • On-call responsibilities every other week.
  • Must be reliable and dependable, if you can't be on time or you can't work every shift you're scheduled, then this is not a role for you.
  • Sense of humor is a plus.
