Summary:The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office applications, English grammar, have completed junior college (AA Business Administration), and have at least one year of experience working directly with ISO-9001. Additionally, experience in document control, familiarity with 8D Analysis, 5-Why’s Analysis, and Fishbone Analysis is preferred. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to meeting deadlines. This individual should also demonstrate a strong work ethic. The role will be provided with training to grow into a QA Analyst. Requirements:

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) process including working closely with other leadership members and provide tactical support and oversight of CAR owners.
  • Ensure data integrity of all QCBD quality and CAR material, Authorizes the approval process of CARS
  • Work with operations and warehouse personnel to find root cause for CARs and implement solutions for solving root cause.
  • RK takes an approach which requires a lower level of RCCA analysis (the 5 whys)
  • Create CAPA (Corrective Action, Preventative Action) plans to ensure CARs are not repeated
  • Drive projects to implementation on all root cause and quality events
  • Lead CAPA meetings, 5 Whys, Fishbone and other quality workshops
  • Assists with Quality training which establishes and maintains the skills and capabilities for all CAR participants within the Quality Collaboration by Design (QCBD) database module.
  • Assist in all quality programs and initiatives, including 5S implementation and refresher
  • Ensures safety in all quality programs and solutions to CAR and CAPA concerns • Communicates to customer regarding solutions to CARs
  • Works to implement new programs, initiatives and software as needed to support quality programs throughout organization.

  • This position requires travel to local Fremont Sites Knowledge and Experience:
  • High School diploma with minimum 2 years in warehouse quality role.
  • Strong written English skills as you will be expected to review the work of others, teach, and improve their skills, as well as holding them to high standards of performance.
  • Broad and skillful oral communication is necessary for Change Management activities with front-line floor personnel and management and to utilize discretion with Client senior executives.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Good overall computer skills, with database, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher capabilities.
  • Experience in coordination of projects and driving solutions.
  • Driver’s license – current
  • Takes initiative, proactive in duties and proposed solutions to existing problems
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and still perform job at required high level
