The Assistant Tennis Professional will assist with all aspects of the tennis program. They will provide instruction in lessons and clinic programs. They will tend to the tennis facility as needed to provide the best experience for our membership.


Requirements:

Skills/Experience:

· 5+ years in the country club setting, working within a full comprehensive tennis program. Extensive experience with

junior and adult programs a plus.

· Strong work ethic.

· Punctual and reliable.

· USPTA or other certification.


Must be:

· Personable, self-motivated, and positive.

· Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented.

· Able to teach players of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Teach private lessons to adults and juniors.

· Conduct clinics for adults and juniors.

· Promote club events for all age groups.

· Assist members at the Pro Shop.

· Develop lesson plans for adults and juniors.

· Organize social and competitive events.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility.

· Work the Pro Shop as needed.
