MVP Recruitment, LLC is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated MDS Nurse at a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility located near the Plymouth, MA area. This full-time role is an integral part of a busy and well-respected facility that provides both skilled services and long-term care. You will join a committed team in a supportive environment, where quality care and teamwork are paramount.

Position Overview:

As an MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans for residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all state and federal regulations. The facility is busy, with approximately 30 residents receiving skilled services and 123 residents on the OBRA schedule. You will be part of a collaborative office team that includes two full-time staff members and a part-time assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete MDS assessments for residents receiving skilled services and those on the OBRA schedule.
  • Develop, update, and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to MDS documentation and coding.
  • Work closely with the office team to manage assessment schedules and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of care provided to residents, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
