Your Role:

  • Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety.
  • Safety Monitoring: Oversee the security of guests or residents.
  • Alarm Response: Respond swiftly to alarms and disturbances.
  • Report Writing: Accurately document incidents and observations.
  • Surveillance: Operate and monitor surveillance systems.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage positively with the community.
  • Collaboration: Work with law enforcement and emergency responders.
  • Ongoing Training: Benefit from continuous training to enhance your skills.

Your Schedule:

  • Shifts: Enjoy a variety of shift options, including weekends.
  • Final Schedule: Specific shifts will be finalized during orientation.
  • Flexibility: Having open availability for different shifts is beneficial and appreciated.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Previous security experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Licensing: Preferably hold a DCJS Unarmed License or be willing to obtain one within 90 days.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • License: Preferred DCJS Unarmed License.
  • Clearance: Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Physical Ability: Able to sit, stand, drive, and walk for up to 8 hours.
