Job Description
Ensure the safety of premises and personnel by conducting regular patrols; monitoring surveillance systems; inspecting facilities, equipment, and access points; granting entry as necessary.
Mitigate losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing and enforcing policies and procedures; remaining vigilant against unauthorized individuals.
Manage crowd control during emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and disasters.
Complete detailed reports by documenting observations, information, incidents, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses as needed.
Conduct routine inspections and patrols of the premises.
Monitor entrances and exits of the property.
Authorize access for individuals and vehicles.
Secure all exits, doors, and windows.
Oversee surveillance camera feeds.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
Provide assistance to individuals in need.
Maintain high levels of mental alertness and attention to detail under all circumstances.
Skills and Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of security protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
Strong radio communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
Present a neat and professional appearance, providing excellent customer service as required.
Flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
Proficient in writing routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse social levels and cultures.
Requirements
Must possess an Unarmed Professional Security License.
Must be able to obtain ASHI Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
Must successfully pass a drug screening, driving record check, and background investigation.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
