Inside Sales Representatives fulfill a critical role in our operations. Inside Bearing Sales Representatives are the front line of presenting our products to the industry. This position involves taking orders from customers, making outbound calls, and processing paperwork. The Inside Bearing Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They are responsible for developing networks and industry contacts, promoting our value-added products and services, keeping customer satisfaction a priority.

Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:
- New business development through inside sales efforts
- Maintenance of existing accounts
- Manage interdepartmental activities throughout the sales process.
- Continuous promotion of products and services offered by the company.
- Invoicing and sending out quotes.
- Warehouse organization and inventory management
- Shipping and receiving
Inside Sales Representative Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Industrial bearings and power transmission
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to excel in insides sales through teamwork.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- 1-3 years of industry experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service background
- Computer skills, work with Microsoft Office
- Minimum of a high school diploma
