Rx Technology operates as a value-added reseller (VAR) and Managed IT Provider specializing in various technology domains such as collaboration and unified communications, data center and cloud solutions, network infrastructure, wireless and mobility, physical and network security, end-user computing and VDI, optical/WAN, managed services, and staffing solutions.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales organization. The ISR will handle administrative tasks associated with selling our products and services, reaching business targets through effective telephone and email communication, and building ongoing relationships with existing and potential customers. This role requires integrity, vision, and passion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage with decision-makers to initiate the sales process.
- Expand sales within the existing client base and collaborate with the Director of Sales and Strategy and Account Managers to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and enhance the company's sales forecast and product ETA's.
- Facilitate follow-ups by passing leads to Account Managers with actionable information.
- Track and provide advance pricing for customer renewals.
- Assist in crafting RFP responses and submit deal registrations and pricing requests.
- Support marketing efforts when necessary.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Highlight product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and reports.
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues.

Additional Duties:

- Coordinate customer training as needed.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Effectively communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Attend periodic sales training sessions.

Skills and Experience:

- Solid experience in opportunity qualifications, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of retail and/or wholesale sales principles.
- Proficiency in problem identification and objective resolution.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Occasional travel and attendance at sales events or exhibits may be required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High integrity and a strong work ethic.

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:

- Prefer a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of direct work experience in technology or tele sales capacity.
