Position: Inventory/Warehouse Associate. Please note that this is a smaller warehouse environment. We stock inventory at two locations for our fleet of 30 vehicles and growing No forklift or heavy equipment usage at our facilities.
Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday. Typically, between the hours of 7:30am-4pm. Once schedule is determined, your schedule will remain consistent. Opportunities for overtime available.
Competitive Wage: $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate cycle counts of warehouse inventory
  • Pulling vehicle material reports and performing daily replenishment
  • Inspects, verifies and accepts all deliveries according to policy
  • Ordering specialty materials upon technician request
  • Responsible for tracking and logging material moving in or out of the warehouse to ensure inventory counts are accurate
  • Great attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and other team members
  • Occasionally be dispatched to run specialty parts to a job site if needed. (Company vehicle will be used)
  • Restocks supplies and inventory; places orders as needed following min/max procedure
  • Record and return defective items
  • Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping
  • Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues
  • Enters purchase order data in the inventory control system
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of warehouse and yard area
  • Assists in full inventory audits and updates of technician vehicles
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
  • Adaptable to inventory control software (Experience with Service Titan is a plus)
  • Data entry
  • Reliable/Dependable
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive meticulous tasks
  • Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Job Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance purposes.
Physical Requirements
  • Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting, twisting and carrying.
  • Indoor/Outdoor warehouse environment
  • Potential exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
