We are seeking a talent development manager who can join our team remotely and work in the EST-CTS time zone.

As a Cosmetologist Development Manager at our vibrant beauty company, your day kicks off by answering employee questions and tackling various administrative tasks. You're the go-to person for engaging with our fabulous team, generating insightful reports, and crafting training schedules for our newly hired stylists.

You train new hires on our company's policies and procedures, using the best methods tailored to each audience. Evaluating new hires' performance during their first 60 days and ensuring they complete their new hire checklist within 90 days is part of your exciting role. Gathering feedback from employees and management helps you spot areas for improvement and additional training.

You keep everyone informed about scheduled training sessions, track their progress, and manage training materials, equipment, and budgets. Developing new Salon Leader training programs and filling in for Regional Leaders adds to the fun. Everyone stays well-trained and ready to shine with you on the talent development team

If you can do this and meet the following requirement, you might be a perfect fit

  • Cosmetology license
