The Licensed Clinical Social Worker contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing information to our clients, their families, and staff members about resources and services available to allow the clients to achieve a high quality of life. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Saint Elizabeth Home Care works in a one-on-one setting with clients in their homes in Rhode Island. Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support and is equipped with a point of care device (iPad).

Qualifications for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker:

  • LCSW in Rhode Island required.
  • Previous Home Care experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, automobile insurance.
