Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in representing our company’s values and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule plumbing services and repairs, coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, providing solutions and follow-up as needed.
  • Database Management: Accurately input and update customer information in our system (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required).
  • Communication: Provide clear and detailed information about services, pricing, and company policies to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians and other office team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as processing service requests, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred. Experience in the plumbing industry or a similar field is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using office software and customer management systems. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is advantageous but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Customer Focused: A genuine desire to assist customers and enhance their experience.
  • Ability to Multi-task & Prioritize: The service industry is face moving and ever changing, we need someone who can adapt and shift priorities as needed.
