The KCS Presales department in the sales team, this position is responsible for assisting in administration of the Autoparts product for North America along with various supporting task for our automotive catalogue products.
The Autoparts product is under North America responsibility. This is a role to support the Autoparts product in North America. Along with Autoparts this position will assist the Automotive catalogue / Autoparts team with various duties and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing pre-booked tasks, such as company month end processing
- Interacting with accounting staff for accurate customer billing
- Assisting in software upgrades
- Actively questioning the customer to obtain a clear picture of the issue faced
- Identifying a solution to the customers issues
- Where necessary, escalating the issue to appropriate staff
- Recording and communicating solution to customer
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
- Experience in a customer and partner focused role in a service orientated environment
- Knowledge of HMTL and SQL at a level to maintain existing systems
- Experience / knowledge of business processes such as Sales Order Processing, Accounts Records
- Using Remote Desktop tools, TeamViewer would be beneficial but is not essential
- An understanding of databases Knowledge of MS Hosting technologies
Special Conditions
The company reserve the right to require you to work in accordance with our Out of Hours (OOH)/On-call rota at such time your manager feels your experience is suitable to do so. Further details will be provided in due course.
