We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Locker Room Attendant to join our team and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

As a Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our locker rooms and bathrooms, ensuring they meet our high standards. Your role is essential in providing our guests with an exceptional level of service, contributing to their overall experience at Forth Atlanta. Additionally, you will be cross-trained to assist in other areas of the fitness center and pool, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of locker rooms and bathrooms.
  • Ensure all facilities are fully stocked with necessary supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.).
  • Perform regular inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Provide outstanding guest service, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist guests with locker room amenities and services.
  • Support other areas of the fitness center and pool as needed to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in cross-training programs to deliver exceptional service across the fitness center and pool areas.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards for cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle supplies.

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • The person in this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach, and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
  • Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
  • The person in this position may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 20 pounds.
