Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Collaboration: Successfully partnering with company corporate administration and management of dealerships.
• Finance Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of automotive financing to assist customers in securing competitive and suitable financing options.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining financing terms, options, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Ethics Champion: Ensure proper ethics and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to automotive financing and lending practices.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts, maintaining meticulous records.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure favorable terms for our customers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years Proven Experience as a Finance Manager in the Automotive Industry
• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending, and credit practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, Reynolds & Reynolds, CRM, VinSolutions, Autotrader)
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Resume must be uploaded, and application questionnaire must be completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
