Job Description:

Are you a skilled HVAC technician with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team As a key member of our service crew, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy comfortable, energy-efficient environments year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Install & Maintain: Perform routine maintenance and install HVAC systems according to company standards and local codes.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, explaining issues and solutions in clear, layman’s terms.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and other required documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus.
  • Licensing: Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
