Jennings Air and Mechanical has an opening for a Commercial HVAC Service Manager in Charleston, SC.

We're seeking a hands-on and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the commercial HVAC service team, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of service calls.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient completion of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and assist in project estimation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate ongoing training for team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC services.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
