YOUR UNIQUE ROLE

As our Accts Payable/ Social Media Representative, your day is a blend of financial management and digital creativity. You meticulously handle financial transactions, ensuring bills are paid accurately and title work is flawlessly processed. Additionally, you enhance our online presence with visually appealing content and provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a smile. This unique role is pivotal in balancing the precision of accounting with the dynamic world of digital marketing

This position typically works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 10 am to 6 pm.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Proficiency using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to take and upload photos
  • A detail-oriented, computer literate, and customer service rockstar

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of titles, DMV paperwork, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry
