ZKTeco is seeking a versatile and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk and Office Manager for its new location in Tampa, Florida. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both financial and administrative functions within our organization and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.



Accounting Clerk/Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and entering data into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with accounts receivable functions, including generating customer invoices, posting payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with the preparation of any accounting/tax related reporting and coordination with the company CPA.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed, including data analysis and research.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate office events and functions, including meetings, trainings, and social gatherings.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or office management roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Our Headquarters is in New Jersey. This will be a new new office in Tampa Florida. We may require travel to the New Jersey office for initial training.
