Job Description:
As a Marketing Agent at Sphirea Plus, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events and product launches.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM, analytics tools) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
