Program Manager -Deborah Smith Walsh Recuperative Care Center


The Deborah Smith Walsh Recuperative Care Center is a medical respite facility that provides short term medical respite care coordination to medically complex and housing insecure adults in the Lynn area. The program serves patients experiencing homelessness who are too sick to remain in the shelter or streets but not sick enough to remain in patient at local hospitals.

The Deborah Smith Walsh Recuperative Care Center (RCC) is seeking a talented and compassionate addition to our team. You will find challenging and satisfying work every day alongside people who share the same drive and compassion as you do. In this vital role of Program Manager, you will provide operational and leadership support for respite patients at the Deborah Walsh Recuperative Care program. This position is crucial to ensure that patients remain safe, and programming is provided to support their overall wellness and health journey.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred, but experience may substitute for education. High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of Human Services management experience. Preferably with adults with mental illness, substance use, and or experiencing homelessness.
  • Possesses a team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
