JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative innovator who is detail-oriented, thorough, and organized to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients with computer, hardware, and software issues, including coordinating on-site technical support with vendors. You will also respond to queries, diagnose, and isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. Candidates will need to be able to quickly acquire new skills and follow company policies and procedures.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage problems through resolution with clear communication and status updates for affected users and management.
  • Primary contact for end users and technical stakeholders to offer assistance for ServiceNow system configuration, planning, requirements gathering, training, and report generation
  • Support servers, network systems and security systems. Monitor and respond to events and alerts.
  • Provide post implementation and upgrade support including, but not limited to, monitoring application performance, debugging support, and system/unit testing
  • Document troubleshooting guides and maintain team knowledge base.
  • Write technical procedures for configuration and deployment of hardware, software, and related products.
  • Continual improvement of operational procedures and work instructions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting the following systems: Exchange administration, SSO, MFA, Azure AD and conditional access, DNS, DHCP, Windows, and/or network administration.
  • Experience managing all aspects of a PC workstation, server, and cloud service in a network environment.
  • Knowledge of group policies, O365, Azure AD, Azure Cloud, Antivirus Software.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
  • Effective communication skills are essential, including the ability to accurately analyze problems, explain solutions, and present technical solutions to end-users in non-technical manner.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical and organization skills, and an interest in problem-solving.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education / Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting the following systems: Exchange administration, SSO, MFA, Azure AD and conditional access, DNS, DHCP, Windows, and/or network administration.
  • Project Management experience a plus

Preferred Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or 3-5 years’ experience in a related field.
