GENERAL PURPOSE

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) leverages and utilizes all available resources to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual accelerated sales goals in the assigned geographic territory while managing a territory travel budget. Accounts and territories will vary by level.

Actively maps the market in the assigned territory to identify and engage potential customers. Performs all necessary activities to generate demand for Hygiena products in the assigned territory. Develops a pipeline of opportunity to achieve sales targets. Creates growth strategies for Distributors. Actively participates in annual goal setting and planning.

Monitors appropriate market segments and competitive offerings and adjust tactics and go to market strategy accordingly to accelerate sales growth

Works in partnership with the Technical Support Specialists to develop and execute an annual accelerated business growth plan that includes new product launches, pricing management, organic growth in accounts as well as competitive conversion, etc.

Work closely with Technical Support Specialist team, Marketing team, R&D team and Distributor Partners to overcome customer obstacles in order to maintain and gain new business

Optimize sales resources to most effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.

Utilizes and updates CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory to follow up the top opportunities in pipeline

Works to understand all products and all market segments served, acronyms and regulatory terminology in order to conduct strong sales discussions with customers
