Work with your hands, stay on the move, solve problems, never get bored, and never stop learning As a commercial property management Maintenance Technician, you'll prepare space for new tenants, make repairs for the property, and perform upkeep to make the building the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical.   • Range of work and knowledge: You'll be called on to fix problems with plumbing, electrical, landscaping, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more.
  • Variety: No two days are alike. You'll have different tasks and different scenarios, and will work closely with our manager and vendors
  • Full-time, year-round work: You won't experience seasonal lulls, the way you might as an HVAC contractor or other maintenance specialist.
