JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales performance by exceeding key performance indicators, including membership sales and renewals, retail sales and maximizing workout traffic
- Establish and maintain an effective referral program to fuel membership growth
- Conduct proactive telephone inquiries, follow up calls, and customer care initiatives to nurture leads and drive conversion
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, fostering positive relationships and repeat business
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in the studio environment to ensure a premium experience for all customers
- Process transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring seamless payment experience for customers
- Proactively generate new leads through member referrals, community outreach, and strategi social media efforts
- Convert leads into loyal members through effective communication strategies, including cold calls and emails
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills - Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Functional computer skills required
- MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, its an attitude)
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
