This role involves managing all aspects of HVAC projects, from planning and execution to ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are clearly understood and met.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry codes and standards.

Client Communication:

  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.

Scheduling and Timely Completion:

  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address any delays or issues.

Safety Management:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
