Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Policy Management: Administer insurance policies, handle client inquiries, and update policy information as needed.

Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes.


Requirements

Licensing: Possess or willingness to obtain required insurance licenses in California.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Customer Focus: A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate policy management and documentation.
