Job DescriptionJob Description

4 Reel Services Inc is a leading retail company in need of a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all office-related matters and will work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Review and implement office policies and procedures

Requirements

  • HS Diploma & Legal resident required
  • Proven experience in office management roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
