What You'll Do:


  • Receive and assess product requests from Wren and WEP service lines to determine the best fit or source specific products.
  • Research, identify, and engage with new suppliers to expand Wren & WEP’s non-medicinal sourcing network.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure products at the most competitive prices.
  • Generate purchase orders (POs) and coordinate shipments to WEP warehouses.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with current GDP guidelines, update SOPs as necessary, and manage supplier qualifications.
  • Liaise with the Logistics team on shipment coordination, customs clearing, and purchase order status.
  • Support the Finance team and service line heads with supplier invoices, statements, and related financial matters.
  • Work closely with Wren and WEP-CTS teams to support their service lines.
  • Coordinate with other Sourcing/Procurement Specialists and Managers across WEP.
  • Maintain world-class customer service by ensuring timely order fulfillment.


What You'll Need:


  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, pharmaceuticals, or finance preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with GDP guidelines and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
