In this position, you would be able to learn helpful skills and information about construction and restoration, which can be useful for anyone who wants to explore a career in construction or a specific trade. You may also be able to refine your customer service skills along the way

And we do not require any specific experience All we ask is that you show up with a great attitude, ready to work hard each day, and have fun with our high character team while doing it

What would I be doing?

You would be working on our mitigation team, which is marked by individuals who work hard, have high integrity, and do not mind getting their hands dirty.

They dry out homes affected by water and fire damage, and are frequently moving from job site to job site building trust with our clients by serving them with excellence in their time of need.

Other duties may be assigned.

What skills does it take to win?

You have to like to work hard.

You have to care about doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

You have to be a humble individual who loves to be a part of a team.

How will I be compensated?

This is an hourly position with plenty of opportunities for overtime.
