As we expand our team, we are actively seeking a Project Manager with experience in architectural signs or a closely related field.  If posses this experience and you're passionate about managing intricate and creative signage projects - we invite you to join us on this journey

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project planning sessions with internal teams (sales, estimating, engineering, installation) to understand client requirements, timelines, and objectives for interior signage projects.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure project designs meet client needs and compliance standards.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with the project outcomes.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to secure high-quality materials and services within project budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with client schedules and expectations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically in interior signs or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of design, production, and installation processes for architectural signage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and precision.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software to streamline project activities.

Additional Valued Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
  
• PMP certification
  
• In-depth understanding of ADA code compliance

Salary: 60,000K - 80,000K (approximate annual, commensurate with qualifications)
