JOB SUMMARY

Position has primary responsibility to ensure that all assigned projects are executed in a professional, timely and safe manner, satisfies the Client’s requirements as defined in Neureise Group contracts, and achieves Neureise Group’s profit objectives. Responsibilities include relationship management of the customer’s designated representative as well as coordination of all internal project management activities performed by Neureise Group’s staff.

This position is responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements on the Contract are being satisfied. The Superintendent is expected to have enough technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when installation problems are developing, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.

This position has ultimate responsibility for both the quality of Neureise Group’s deliverables and effective execution of project assignments within the project schedule. On a large project, may delegate certain project management responsibilities to foreman as appropriate, however, retains authority and accountability relative to successful project delivery, and adherence to Neureise Group procedures and standards.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Typical duties include but are not be limited to the following:

- Ensure on site team works to required safety standards
- Reviews job scope and estimates with Estimator and Project Manager.
- Walks the job with G.C. Super to better understand scope and coordination needed.
- Field measure jobs and record measurements and quantities such as trim, angle, etc. Provide this information to Project Manager.
- Complete delivery tickets ahead of schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule delivery dates and time with logistics management.
- Establishes project plans with Project Manager.
- Clearly communicates project milestones and schedule to Foremen.
- Establishes project schedules and forecasts.
- Monitors site condition with Customer to ensure site is 100% ready for crew.
- Verify materials are 100% in Shop
- Coordinates manpower allocation for projects.
- Coordinates schedule with other trades on site to ensure maximum productivity of crew.
- Serves as Neureise Group’s representative for project meetings with trades.
- Coordinates and checks status of project deliverables.
- Provides input for project management system documentation.
- Completes monthly project status reports.
- Contributes to monthly project review meetings.
- Ensures timely completion of change orders.
- Provide job percent completion input weekly.
- Train and develop high quality Foremen.
- Enforces productivity standards on the job site per job budget.
- Ensures Neureise Group quality standards are met for all projects.
- Accountable for the successful completion of projects.
- Participate in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/and management project issues as needed.
- High School diploma or certification.
- 5 years experience in industry.
- 3 years experience in supervision preferred.
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed.
- Expertise in the following technical skills:

- Developing work plans for site
- Troubleshooting and resolving field problems
- Installation trade skills
- Thorough knowledge of safety requirements for installation including scaffold safety
- Good organization skills
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Complete tasks assigned
- Be a self-starter

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
