WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Veterinary Technician, your day starts with admitting patients with your welcoming demeanor and attention to detail ensuring a smooth check-in process. You assist our veterinarians with exams and treatments, utilizing your technical skills and compassionate approach to provide top-notch care. Moreover, you engage in client education and communication, empowering pet owners with the knowledge they need to ensure their pets lead healthy lives. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM VETERINARY TECHNICIAN?

We're looking for someone who can work full-time or part-time between 7:15 am - 6:00 pm while meeting the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician
  • Proficient in basic veterinary procedures, including administering medications, placing catheters, surgical/sedation procedures, and taking blood samples
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with pet owners compassionately and professionally
  • A passion for working with animals and a commitment to providing high-quality care
  • A degree from an accredited AVMA veterinary technician program (preferred)
  • An active TX license (preferred)
