New Progressions, LLC is presently in search of dedicated paraprofessionals to provide expert services in Intensive Family Intervention within the domains of behavioral health and case management. This role entails close collaboration with the Therapist, Medical Director, Clinical Director, Mental Health Professionals, Interdisciplinary Treatment Team, parents, guardians, fellow staff members, and community partners.
We are seeking paraprofessionals for part-time or full-time contractual positions, tasked with delivering Intensive Family Intervention services in behavioral health and case management, with a particular focus on child/adult substance abuse counseling.
We have multiple openings exclusively for certified paraprofessionals with verifiable documentation of completed online certifications. The positions offer flexibility based on your availability.
Job Types: Contract
Duties Include:
- Provide skills training and case management to promote stability and assist client towards functioning in their daily environment.
- Locate community resources and provide referrals as necessary based on client's need.
- Manage a caseload of a minimum of 10 clients by scheduling appointment's, evaluating client's progress in each session, and making recommendations to the treatment team.
- Collaborate with all assigned treatment team members to implement individualized recovery plan.
- Complete accurate documentation including, but not limited to, services rendered and monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Assistance in scheduling and the gathering of information for the assessment and reassessment process.
- Report all incidents of treatment to Clinical Supervisor and/or Client Liaison including, but not limited to, treatment non-compliance, safety, conflict of interest, boundary issues, abuse, and/or neglect.
- Ensure confidentiality and rights of individuals served are maintained at all times.
- Attend monthly agency-wide meetings as required.
- Attend staffing and staff training activities as required.
- Additional duties as necessary and requested by Clinical Staff.
