Salary: $37,890 to $43,560 per month
Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
  This Is Voice is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives.
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
