Job Description:
   This Is Voice is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Agent to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. 

Salary: $41,560 to $51,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Help manage and maintain the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling content.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing and attending promotional events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department.


Qualities We Seek:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
