Inside Sales Assistant

The Inside Sales Assistant is a role that will support the Sales team and their marketing activities and support marketing functions at the request of the President, the SVP, Business Development Director, and the Regional Account Executives. The Inside Sales Assistant will also act as liaison between the marketing team and facilitate the distribution of approved marketing content.
This position will promote Stronghill Capital, its products and platforms and the sales representatives daily with the TPO base. This role will have continuous dialogue with the SVP of TPO Sales on status of projects at the sales representative level, divisional level, and corporate level to ensure the efforts and message are aligned with the overall corporate objective.
Job Duties:
- Maintain data base and input account approvals in SalesForce.
- Understand and assist with marketing campaigns in Pardot. Provide business metrics to management on marketing campaigns.
- Interact with SVP, RAE’s on client specific marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing material, giveaways and coordinate the shipping of conference materials and booth exhibits where needed.
- Support the Sales team when requested on generating production reports and other reports and materials.
- Support the SVP on divisional projects and requests.
- Attending training and on-boarding seminars when available to understand process flow.
- Demonstrations to the client on where to obtain marketing materials and other pertinent information on request to support their marketing efforts of Stronghill products.
- Continuous email campaigns with vetted marketing materials assigned to TPO’s with the correct contact information of the sales representative assigned to this AE, with the appropriate marketing material.
*For example, a business purpose account should only be receiving DSCR marketing material.
- Distribute product and price enhancements to the TPO Portfolio basis after these enhancements have been vetted and publish.
- Retrieve and maintain important data points across several systems for key performance indicators from the Sales team.
- Help in identifying and properly assigning leads and prospects geographically and autonomously for the sales group.
- Report to the SVP any marketing irregularities and inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team sales and market initiatives upon the request from the Sales team and in collaboration with the SVP.

- 2+ years of inside sales experience within the financial services industry, preferably within the mortgage space
- Experience with client relationship management
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably with Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Acumen to interact with the Regional Account Executives and Management on needs and requests
- Understanding of basic pricing engines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Pardot preferred
