Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with other team members. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from small residential renovations to large commercial buildings.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and development of architectural projects,from concept through construction documents
  • Prepare construction documents,including drawings,specifications,and schedules
  • Coordinate with other team members,such as engineers,contractors,and clients
  • Conduct site surveys and take field measurements
  • Research and prepare code compliance documents
  • Create presentations and reports
  • Maintain project files and documents


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an architectural firm
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices
  • Proficient in AutoCAD,Revit,and other architectural software
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal,and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
