Position Overview:We are looking to fill a highly sought-after position in our post-installation sector. This position ensures inspections are scheduled with the local building departments, works with our field technicians to verify all appointments are successful, and manages the inspection & field audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and objectives and ensure progress is made on each solar account.
  • Manage inspection techs and track failed inspection fixes.
  • Track our field technicians and audit each on-site visit.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our field employees.


Team Management:

  • You will be the head of the department, responsible for tracking key metrics for both teams.
  • Provide performance feedback to agents in your department.
  • Improve processes, reduce roadblocks, and implement positive change for your teams.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to your manager.
  • Create and update trainings for roles within your department.


Qualifications:
-Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.-Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies, especially the installation of the solar system. -Background in solar system inspections or installation audits.-Familiarity with customer service, field management, and complaint resolution.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
