Salary Range: $90-105k

Job Description:

As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and supporting the Regional Manager as required. Key responsibilities include financial management, risk assessment, team leadership, training and development, scheduling, adherence to corporate standards, reporting, inventory oversight, customer satisfaction, compliance with health and safety regulations, and a strong background in private events.


Education/Experience:

  • Strong background in Restaurants and Hospitality, with expertise in private events
  • Familiarity with OSHA and local Department of Health Regulations
  • College Degree or 3 years related experience preferred


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of accounting principles and finance
  • Strong leadership abilities to foster team cohesion
  • Interpersonal skills for effective team management
  • Physical capability to meet demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
