Responsibilities:

  • Transfer financial and operational data from legacy and new systems to Excel spreadsheets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist the accounting team with data-related tasks and support as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks including organizing and reorganizing data and files.
  • Scan and manage invoices and other financial documents.
  • Utilize accounting knowledge to understand and manage financial data effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and other spreadsheet software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
  • Experience with data entry and administrative support.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
