Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to provide comprehensive oversight and management of key projects. The PM will ensure the seamless integration, implementation, and training for ongoing program operations. This role requires direct collaboration with the contracting officer’s representative (COR), ensuring the COR is nominated, trained, and supported in performance assessment activities. While the PM will act as a conduit for government guidance and feedback, they are not authorized to make contractual commitments or changes on the government’s behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall program oversight, ensuring compliance with project goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Nominate and support the COR, ensuring they are fully trained before assuming any duties.
  • Collaborate with the COR to assess program performance and provide necessary feedback.
  • Implement schedule management, quality assurance, and cost management to ensure project success.
  • Maintain communication with government officials to relay guidance and technical feedback, without making contractual changes.
  • Oversee the integration of project components and lead training initiatives for effective implementation.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Program Management, with a focus on projects requiring integration and training.
  • Proven expertise in schedule management, quality assurance, and cost management.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation| Min: This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
